Pre - order

1. All Items are Pre-order otherwise stated. Do pay close attention to the Closing Date on the Annoucement.

2. The waiting period is approximately 10-15 days from the closing date to reach us before we posted out to you.

3. You will be required to bank in the total amount after the confirmation email has been sent informing you that we have confirmed the order and we will only submit the order to the factory once we have received a confirmation that the payment has been done. Full payment is required before the deadline to confirm your order.

4. If the item is no longer available or some unforeseen circumstances arise and prevents us from obtaining and sending the item to you, we will contact you and refund you the total amount. Full amount will be refund if the items are not available.
 
5. Ensure someone is assigned to receive your parcel in the day by Poslaju. Otherwise, unfortunately you will have to pick up the item at the nearest PosLaju office yourself.
 
6. We reserve the rights to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any time.

RETURN, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

Charme Crystal Jewellery is confident that you will be delighted with your jewellery purchases. We value our customers and your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. As such, we are glad to offer you refund or replacement policy for defective Charme Crystal Jewellery ONLY. Kindly refer to the following guidelines:

1. Check Jewellery Immediately Upon Delivery - Always check the jewellery thoroughly upon delivery, before signing the carrier’s delivery order. If the courier package is damaged during shipping & the items in the package are also damaged, please make a claim with the carrier company.

2. Jewellery Sold Are Not Refundable – Jewellery sold is not refundable and the company does not re-purchase products from customers.

3. Returning Defective Jewellery - It is extremely unlikely that you will receive defective jewellery from Charme Crystal Jewellery. All Charme Crystal Jewellery is handmade, so no two pieces are alike. Jewellery delivered may differ slightly from pictures shown on our website. Such minor variations are not considered defects. For defective jewellery, you may contact us within 7 working day period upon receiving the shipment. Please indicate your order number and your reasons for wanting to replace the jewellery.

4. Return Authorization - Each return request will be assessed on a case-to-case basis. Kindly note that the delivery charges for the return to us will be borne by you. For any refunds, your money will be refunded towards the returned purchase. The delivery charges will not be refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
​5. Before returning any jewellery, be sure to obtain a return authorization note from us. The note will contain a return reference number which will facilitate our communication. This is essential if you wish to have a refund or replacement. All jewellery returned MUST be in original and unused condition or in good, marketable condition (nothing damaged, no missing parts), with original packaging and shipping documents. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept Cash-On-Delivery deliveries. Returns should reach us within 14 days of our issuing a return authorization document. Any claims thereafter will be viewed as invalid.
​6. Use Insured Courier or Registered Mail - Please make any returns via registered mail or insured courier, and be sure to keep the receipt. Charme Crystal Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any jewellery damaged or lost in transit. Replacements cannot be made if we do not receive the jewellery in good condition.
